The Gospel of Thomas

Jesus saw some babies nursing. He said to his disciples, "These nursing babies are like those who enter the father's kingdom.”
They said to him, "Then shall we enter the father's kingdom as babies?"
Jesus said to them, "When you make the two into one, and when you make the inner like the outer and the outer like the inner, and the upper like the lower, and when you make male and female into a single one, so that the male will not be male nor the female be female, when you make eyes in place of an eye, a hand in place of a hand, a foot in place of a foot, an image in place of an image, then you will enter [the kingdom]."

"These nursing babies are like those who enter the father's kingdom.”

You must enter the Kingdom as you came into the world, like babies, empty handed and mentally naked of all worldly attributes. There’s only one door available to you and it’s the same door you took in. In the same manner you entered you must return, no exceptions, because through the pure Soul is the only way to see this mighty Kingdom of Heaven. And, ‘It’ has to be spot free, naked of all identities, empty of images and ideas of something else, completely bare in the face of God, this is the only way. You will then be the metaphorical child nursing on the Almighty God, or the prodigal son retuning home to the Father in the Kingdom of Heaven.

You see, the greatest gift of all is your Soul, an Eternal Piece of Heaven, a sliver of God, and that spot has to be ‘IT’, in order to see ‘IT’. The Soul has to release itself of all moving parts, including all words and colors, for they are the residue of particle environment. The total mind is abandoned by the wayside, with the rest of the universe. You are then naked as a baby and ready to enter, because only God can see God.

"When you make the two into one, and when you make the inner like the outer and the outer like the inner, and the upper like the lower, and when you make male and female into a single one, so that the male will not be male nor the female be female, when you make eyes in place of an eye, a hand in place of a hand, a foot in place of a foot, an image in place of an image, then you will enter [the kingdom]."

When all new attributes acquired from life are neutralized down into one attribute with no opposing opposites or any type of division, then you will enter the Kingdom.

Self-realization (enlightenment) reveals your inner unity with God, where all are One and no division exists. Then you’re actually one with the Almighty. In this realm there are no dueling opposites and no opposing forces of energy, making the ultimate unity of the One and the Kingdom of Heaven possible. Here in Eternity there is no upper, lower, outer or inner, no female, no male, because all those attributes belong to the universe and that doesn’t exist here. All time based links have to be surrendered in order to walk though that door and see the Almighty in Eternity, the ultimate state of being, where all are the same and together as One. You then see through the Soul’s focal point as an eye in Pure Still Space called the Kingdom of Heaven.

One speck on the ethereal body of GOD that looks at GOD.

That speck made up of Eternal Awareness, Eternal vision, Eternal life, Eternal perfection with independent being, and that lovely speck is YOU.

“His disciples said, "Show us the place where you are, for we must seek it."
He said to them, "Anyone here with two ears had better listen! There is light within a person of light, and it shines on the whole world. If it does not shine, it is dark."

He speaks here of the Light of Awareness that exists for all and illuminates Eternity, this is called the Light of God and what Jesus refers to as the Father. This Light of Awareness is the first Light that spawned the universe and consciousness, and that in turn gave us the Soul. If there is no God, no Awareness, no Light, then the Realm called Eternity is dark and unable to spawn anything. Then nothing but dark black Eternal space survives. So, God is the force that made the universe and although evolution is the king of the road down here, it is still the product of the Almighty and it does serve a greater purpose to God. What this means is that both the evolutionists and the biblical creators are somewhat right, but both are lacking in knowledge, which causes a stark divide and spiritual competition where none really exists.

Jesus said, "Be passersby."

I love this line, and it’s a reflection of the word detachment, which comes from all good teachers. Let it all go when you die, leave it like a bad dream (or good) and you will find your way.

His disciples said to him, "Who are you to say these things to us?"
"You don't understand who I am from what I say to you.
Rather, you have become like the Judeans, for they love the tree but hate its fruit, or they love the fruit but hate the tree."

You don’t understand and you doubt what I say, because you are driven by society and concepts that push you to dislike and disbelieve what I say, yet you still call me friend. Or, you like what I say, but you don’t like me as a person, and you think I should act and behave a certain way, to be something you want me to be.

Jesus said, "Congratulations to those who are alone and chosen, for you will find the kingdom. For you have come from it, and you will return there again."

Those who find the Kingdom are to be congratulated, for they found God and the starting point, and those who have found where they come from will find Eternal Life there, and they will return there upon death, skipping the Afterlife or what the Bible refers to as hell. All will return after their dislocation from time, because all living beings have a Soul. And, all inanimate objects rest on the Father’s back for us to live, so everything existing is due to the Father’s Eternal Existence.

He talks about Self-realization and Enlightenment here, and he congratulates those who achieved this sacred right, that exists for all. And, if this event happens to you, then you are chosen to lead and teach, whether you’re accepted by the public or not, it just doesn’t matter, for you are one of the few that have been chosen and accepted by God.

The afterlife seems like as good or bad an experience as here on earth, from hearing various people who channel spirits. It looks like a never-ending roller-coaster
For me it is the sheer wonder of knowing our own consciousness, so much of which is hidden from the surface, and living a little bit of it each day is heaven.

Kurt, i do not really have acomment as such, i just read your blog for the first time, so i have a question for you.
I have searched for my Self for so long, i have studied advaita Nisargadatta and Ramana to name a few, i have also studied sufism, the Tao, Christian non dualism and many more, during more than 20 years of searching and experimenting with different wisdoms many things were revealed to me,
these Truths have kept me stay on the path when i really wanted to give up, the suffering has been enormous and yet still i have not found what my heart is looking for, could you suggest advice for me as i can feel from your writing that you know clearly who you are, you are speaking from your Self, please if you could i would really appreciate any help from someone who has walked the path and knows (is) his Soul.
Also, i have tried so many meditations, mindfulness, focusing on the I am which i still have doubt whether i have found the I am presence Nisargadatta speaks about, I have also done silent meditation which is like a surrender of every concepts about anything to a space of not knowing. Which meditation would you suggest to someone looking for their innermost Self.
Sorry for the longcomment, i find it very difficult to express something socomplex in a second language (i am french) so forgive any mistakes you may find

It sounds like we've taken similar paths, and I’m grateful that another serious seeker like yourself has found my site.  This is what this site is for and I’m more than happy to help.

There are countless types of meditations but so few of them will go beyond a certain point and you’re caught in a catch22 .

The, I am presence that Nisargadatta speaks of is the best one so stay with that.  I believe it to be the shortest way out there.  The ‘I am’ part, is a bit elusive, not a physical feeling of sorts especially in the Samadhi state, and in the stage before that when ‘I am’ is witnessing the internal workings of the body you want separation from what you perceive,  and something that is felt or sensed is not You.

You are not what you observe in life however You are what you observe in Eternity.

There are two different levels of ‘I amness’ within the body, and you wait at each stage in order to go to the next, and then beyond life to find out what this ‘I am’ really is. It happens gradually through your practice and you can’t demand it or force it but you have to be relentless.

You want to recede back behind all movement, body energies and thoughts until they are in front of you, which is the first level, and hard to master because each thought takes you away from your job.  It’s the hardest and most important stage because it sets the directive with the mind and the mind is what you've taken yourself to be.

In the other level, it has more to do with being You and the rest just happens.  When you enter the second stage you don’t observe anything anymore besides Being, this is called the Samadhi state.  It is this state that closely resembles your true nature while being connected to the world; however in the finale merge you will transcend that completely.  In that transition it will be a sobering wakening that is unparalleled by anything here, rendering all this as inferior, not true.  Then and only then you find out who and what the Self really is. By seemingly losing your connection to time in a sort of turnabout face you see the Eternal Heaven which is called Self-Realization.  When this happens you’ll know for sure, there will be absolutely no doubt, because you will also know God firsthand.  The Soul finds its home in the Almighty and the search ends, there is nothing in the universe better than That!  There is no goal higher than That!

To get There you have to voluntarily surrender everything else that comes between you and That.

In meditation, I want you to fall back with your attention just outside the body, in an area somewhere back behind the upper neck and head, where there is nothing else to feel, and observe the body’s energy movements that are in front of you.  Stay there as much as you can, with that I amness watching the internal movements of the body.  It’s going to be sporadic at best because the mind is accustomed to that attention and you’re taking it back.  This is where the forcing becomes counterproductive and you want to naturally sit back within and keep your attention close to the rear.  Try to observe the delicate body energies thereby withdrawing interest in the chatter and images that the mind produces, then eventually it will rest in limbo.  Once you are in energy observance the mind is considered to be stopped, and you want to get accustomed to that type of observance as the silent witness.

The mind is the hardest thing to gain distance from, and keeping it out of the way for an extended period seems daunting at first but nonetheless it is possible. Keep at it and brush off any disappointment because it hasn't been in check for such a long time and inner strength takes practice.  Witnessing the body energies in a thoughtless state really doesn't interfere that much with entering into the Samadhi State.  We use that movement as an in-between step and patiently sit and wait.  Getting in the habit of being on the first step with the Self’s attention it will then start to retreat as a matter of habit.

The Soul’s attention being wrapped up in observing through the mind is captured by the drama and we want to retract that fueling attention away from the mind by observing from one step back.

Then one more step back into the Samadhi State.  Although I call it is another step back it seems more like you’re letting your guard down and thus opening up and letting go and you’re engulfed in Being.  The characteristic of this stage is when the observance stops altogether and it will seem like everything melts together into one harmonious hum with nothing outside of it.  This is a wonderful state that is peacefully rewarding, and it just happens and there is no way to point out how to get there besides sit and wait until you realize you’re there.  The more times this happens the more chances you have at Self-Realization, and when you can do this without  fear and surrender to the process  you’re getting closer to your goal.  The Self’s attention will then withdraw back to home base just from working at being what you are in Eternity, the You without the universe.

You get use to the first stage and then the second stage of merging becomes more frequent, and even though it may seem not frequent enough don’t worry because it doesn't have to be all that frequent as long as you’re doing it there is no failing.  It just takes time put in and although some days are a complete failure to you, in fact, it’s really a necessary part of the process.

This takes us to the Contemplation side of things.

You can do it; it’s not out of reach because if we can do it so can you, we are just like you. I have no doubt that you can find your Self too.  It is for real and worth it, it’s all within your power and once you do no more doubt will ever arise within you again.  The search is over when the effort turns into a natural everyday existence, your Soul then naturally relinquishes its attention within the body, and when you least expect it relinquishes all connections outside of the Soul for good (not really but it seems that way, which is the attitude that is needed, a type of earnestness to the end without fear), with the Soul’s attention back onto itself you see Eternity.  The beginning and end of all things.  The highest attainable goal for all living beings in the universe.

You should to read Nisargadatta’s words and my words and contemplate the issue before you as much as you can.  The world is just a temporary happening that really shouldn't take long term precedence over your plight, because as powerful as it may seem there is nothing more powerful than knowing the Eternal power within you.  The world will then loose its power over you when you see the Absolute Power that made the universe happen, and You are an integral part of That, amazing.  A detachment will happen within you that’ll make you fearless of death and this crazy world can go on without entangling you in its web.

The contemplation part is almost like positive thinking where you’re convincing the mind to work with you in this endeavor by clearing away all doubts that would otherwise disrupt the process.  You have to completely believe that you can do it and Self-Realization is for real, an absolute certainty, and all I need to do is pursue it with a relentless determination, and nothing else will satisfy me until the finale unveiling.

Kurt, I am truly grateful that you have given me guidance on practice.
As for the I am, i used to focus in the head knowing/feeling that i am/present before even using anything, but i felt too much tension in the front of the forehead, so i was not sure if it was the I am. Also, after trying your advice on finding I am, i found very quickly but again i feel some tension in the front of the head, is it because i am trying to keep the state forcibly, if so how do i relax into the back of the head.
How long do u suggest i sit and practice each day, and how to take this in everyday life.
I hope you do not mind if i email u now and again to let you know of my experiences in my practice, i really feel that you have something to teach me, and i am ever grateful for a teacher of Truth to have appeared in my dream to show me the way.( I actually understand what you are trying to convey to me)
Thank you, truly overjoyed to have found a teacher.

You should try to stay away from any techniques that cause discomfort and excess pressure.   When you focus too much in one area of the body you can get too much energy there and get pressure headaches.  You really want to stay away from any discomfort and painful postures because they disrupt  meditations.

I did Kundalini meditations to the point that I had issues as well and it created problems that made it hard to meditate.   I still have too much Kundalini energy, and in the beginning it was very enjoyable and unusually entertaining however it was too much in the end and I lost control.  Any pain will bring your attention to that spot and magnify it. When you sit for meditation try to withdraw back and expand or widen your attention as you recede within so your focus isn't spotlighting the problem and it should eventually go away.

The minimum time spent in meditations and still keep the momentum going is twenty minutes early in the day and twenty minutes later in the day.  The more time you have to meditate the better, that way when you get to the point of mastering it you can do it during the busy day for just a few minutes of down time and find that peace anytime during the day.  A sort of midday disconnect from all that you are not, and connect to the All that you are.  I liked it so much that any spare time I had I was there, and I couldn't think of anything better to do, after all the mind and its idol small talk proved to be  boring, laden with reruns, world strife and an imagination that was running out of entertaining options.  I was happy to silence the nonsense and at the same time wait for the final wake-up call.

Happy to help and I'm grateful you found me.

            Hi, Kurt
I have been practicing with the I am feeling behind the head, i find it quite difficult to keep my attention there, i can only do it for a few seconds at a time. and most of the times i doubt if i really got it right and become depressed of again being lost in the mind. i read your comments often and Maharaj, but at the moment i do not see any progress, maybe it is because it is the constant doubting.
Also, as the sitting practice is not going very well, what meditation can i take in my daily life so i am not completely lost. Do you know of these two teachers Anadi Kristof who is to my heart such a great Master, his teaching is revolutionary and complex but when i read about his guidance my heart recognizes Truth and sometimes cries in recognition and frustration of not finding. Secondly what about Joel Goldsmith who taught something very similar to Advaita vedanta using mainly Christian Bible. I would love for you to explain some of these two teachers teaching so that we may all learn from them, especially Anadi Kristof, His teaching are so beyond anything i have come across, simply mind blowing, correcting many delusions that some so called advaitin or presence awareness teachers/student hold true..
Anyway can u help further on holding attention at the back of the head, should thought still be coming. Also when i stay put at the back my breath seems to stop, it becomes difficult to breathe, is this normal and is there anything to help with it. How to be sure i am putting attention on the I am and not something else that i have imagined. I am sorry for so many questions, but i would rather ask and be directed rightly than continuing on the wrong track.
            Thank you

Yea, it’ll take time and practice with a lot of patients, because it isn’t easy and emotions will get the upper hand.  The path aims right at the source of things and surprisingly enough it is one of the more difficult paths because of the lack of mind candy.  A few seconds of just witnessing is enough for now and it’ll get better later but don’t force the issue with the mind just keep bringing your attention back away from the mind, at the level of the first touch of the physical and energy movement. This type of idleness is hard for the mind to handle and it takes a lot of fortitude to keep redirecting it.  The very act of redirecting the attention helps to strengthen your attention much like reps, and with practice and a lot of reps it’ll get better and you’ll stay longer as your Souls attached attention in energy gets stronger without it.

There are meditations with mind decoy meditations which give the mind something to focus on, and there are plenty of those out there to get you going and then you can move on to the no decoy.

The breath will taper down and hardly be noticeable and this is normal so don’t worry about that.  And, those moments where it ceases down like that are usually the moments when your meditation has gotten deeper and into the thoughtless state.

You withdraw your focus back by witnessing the last edge of the physical, and you sense or feel that in front of you and the Self which is behind that is unfeelable empty space so don’t try to feel It, just be It, rest in IT. If you are in the mind then the feelable and thinkable will be all around you and at first it takes a while before you recognize you’re lost in the mind but with practice you catch it earlier and earlier until it becomes habitual.  It takes time before you get to that point where you’re catching the thought early before it finishes and at first it’s especially difficult with nothing to hang onto except energy.  The quicker you catch it relates to more time you spend without it and the more chances you have at letting go.  The getting acquainted stage with just being the Witness seems to take all the hard work and the rest is easier. Like with anything, the more you practice gives you more confidence that breeds less doubts.

I'll look up those teachers and get back to ya.

I have read some of Anadi Kristof quotes on the net and he has a good intellect for the spiritual, and as far as teachers go he seems like a good one.  There are a lot of teachers out there and so few good ones, and out of those so very few are Realized, but the good ones provide the best spiritual help especially for the starters and the ones that turn serious after that usually move on to the next.  These teachers like Anadi are very important in the process and allow people to go beyond their imbedded ideology and open up to new things, and once that happens they are on the path ready and willing to take that next step.  He’s one of the better ones but I haven’t read much of his stuff.  I’m somewhere at the end of the line when they have exhausted possibilities and they’re really serious about taking it to its conclusion I’m here to help them to the final level.

A lot of teachers can only teach so far because they only went so far and to me it is evident in their words because there’s something missing or some misunderstanding.  They use the right words but they don’t seem to understand the deeper meaning behind them because they haven’t seen Absolute Space for they never went beyond the energy field of the universe.  They talk about their spiritual experiences with energy and universal consciousness, that free floating uniting energy without boundaries is a wonderful feeling and very spiritual.  It is often confused for Enlightenment or Self-Realization but it isn't and I don’t know if he claims that or not but I still like to point that out.  That’s the idea of my site, it's dedicated to the truth about Eternity.  Thanks for pointing out a few because I no longer (search) read spiritual books and I’m always willing to check them out for people.

“Now we shall speak about the foundation of all — being. All creation is contained within the dimensionless sphere of primordial absence, the original void that constitutes the ground of being. Being is indeed the secret of existence and the unseen source of creation.”

“The dimensionless sphere of primordial absence” This of course is the Absolute Space of Eternity, the ultimate source of all things which is the ‘primordial absence’ of all appearances and words except for Pure Being. Being, or in other words being Aware of Being, or Aware of ones existence in Eternity, which is the act of Self-Realization. This is the secret that is present for all to behold but this secret is unknown by the eyes of manifestation, because only the Eye of the Soul can behold the ‘Void.’

“Although being is not an active principle, in its absence, not even the slightest movement in existence can take place. Without being, nothing can be and nothing can become. This infinite space of immobile reality upon which all universes dwell cannot be fathomed by the mind or the senses, yet it is the very womb of creation, the bottomless depth of universal I am.”

Pure Being (I Am) at the Source is an inactive phenomenon and transitory being in the body is its active counterpart, and if it wasn’t for this still foundation of Being in Eternal Absolute Space the active counterpart of the universe would not be here.

“What does it truly mean to be? Although ‘being’ is one of the most commonly used and seemingly uncomplicated terms in the language of spirituality, very few truly understand its profound significance. Being is far more than non-involvement or passive abidance in the moment. It is the timeless beyond itself, the inmost sphere of pure existence that contains the totality of creation.”

To be or being in the body is an illusion product of time and what is sometimes known today as ‘being’ but timeless Pure Being is beyond all and holds the totality of creation intact just by existing. This Being is far more real than the mere ‘abidance in the moment’ here for this moment is the product of time and thus temporal.

“Being is found beneath the flow of time; it is the very source of this moment. It exists beyond the three-dimensional world of perception, beyond mind and consciousness. It is the black hole of existence through which creation manifests, the primordial emptiness from which consciousness arises in the instantaneousness of each now. It is only through the grace of being that we can transcend our separate self and realize oneness.”

Consciousness in the particle universe arises from the still Awareness of Being which is in Eternity, and consciousness the ever moving (changing) now is Awareness’s child. By the grace of this Awareness of Being at the Source allows us to transcend the particle consciousness and universe in order to Realize our Soul Eternally.

“To experience being, one has to surrender vertically into the inner plane of rest. Unlike ordinary relaxation, which is experienced by the mind and body, being is felt through the inner body of the soul. If the energy body of being is not awakened, one is at most capable of experiencing a weak and insignificant connection to the now, and only in rare moments of complete restfulness and ease. But when one is open to the gravity of the now, being links the soul with the unmanifested reality of the source.”

To experience Pure Being which is not feelable, one has to surrender the impure being (feelable) of time but unlike active rest this is inactive rest which is called meditation. It may seem ‘vertically’ but it isn’t and this is a form of expression. The meditator rests in observance of the physical being which is felt until wakening, and slowly through ones practice one slips into the Samadhi State and at the most, one is able to feel a weak connection to the now of time. There are two ‘now’s’: one is the physical now and the other is the Eternal Now. Both apply here because in the Samadhi State you are at the edge of the Eternal Now and you are able to somewhat experience what it would be like in the Now of the Source. Physical being of the now gives way to the pull of the Soul in the Eternal Now and when the physical now vanishes, Self-Realization happens.

“Through awareness we become present beyond the mind, but we cannot merge. It is being that enables us to achieve true absorption in reality. To be is to dwell within the now — and the now is the portal leading to the dimension of pure being, the place within time through which we are transported into the timeless.”

Awareness is Pure Being and with the help of that Awareness of Being we dip into the Samadhi State but still can’t merge. Dwell there in that being in the thoughtless state of meditation and that will allow true absorption into our true Reality. To remain in being or in the now of being is the act of surrendering which will eventually transport you (not really) to Pure Being. Time really has nothing to do with its own dissolution because the timeless Being does the work when we let go of time and the timeless takes over and dissolves the universe from the inside out.

“The question, ‘Where am I?’, though generally overlooked, is no less important than the primal question, ‘Who am I?’. To gain clarity as to where we actually are, we need to enter the dimension of our abidance in the non-perceptual ground of all-that-is. The question ‘Who am I?’, points to the soul; the question ‘Where am I?’, to being, the primordial source from which the soul manifests. The vastness of the unfathomable depths within which we are who we are can only be discovered through our existential surrender into the void of the beyond.”

He is answering the question of where am I and who am I from the state of Pure Being or the ‘non-perceptual ground of all-that-is.’ “Who am I points to the Soul” or the oneness of the Source but the bigger question is where am I? This can only be understood by those who Realized their Soul within Eternity, however he doesn’t deliver the answer so I will. In fact the Soul has never left Eternity and when you Realize this fact, that you never went anywhere or did anything, it’s quite shocking and amazing, because finding out you never left Pure Being and the illusion of activity and time was only a mirage of manifestation. This is one of the cornerstones of Self-Realization.

“Being is the very essence of the vertical dimension of the now. But when and where is the now? The abode of the now bears no relation to phenomenal existence; it lies beyond all spatial and temporal points of reference. Though here is now, the now is not  here; it cannot be found in space, time or consciousness. The now can only be discovered by diving into the source of creation. To enter the now is not a matter of mental contemplation or enquiry, but a function of meditation and surrender.”

The vertical dimension of Absolut Space is not really vertical but all-encompassing and everywhere so vertical must be another word for going in (meditation). There is nothing here in manifestation the bears any resemblance to Eternity because although all around us it is not a product of energy, and energy is nothing but a superimposed curtain. Free from the gross realm of changing opposites the subtle realm of the Source is the only real dimension that really exists, and all else can be classified as a deviation by comparison. To see this place mere contemplation is not enough and it only scratches the surface, however mindless meditation is the key to surrendering by giving up on your false identity for the true identity at the Source.

“What we commonly call the present moment is not of the now, but of the past — it is the now ever-receding from the observer. Ordinary consciousness can only relate to the now through the observer’s recognition of the immediate past; the checking intelligence requires temporal distance from any experience in order to register it. We call this passing now the present moment, yet it is already behind us. An unawakened human cannot actually experience the immediate. His highest expression of mindfulness is awareness of the immediate past. He does not know the now.”

The now of time is always changing because everything we see is really moving and decomposing, and although this now is the freshest and newest experience possible it will always be an illusion compared to the Eternal Now.

“To enter the dimension of the now, and to experience the now in the now, we need to move beyond the inherent duality of experience and experiencer. Our consciousness has to enter the vertical dimension of the source and become one with the now as it manifests from beyond the now, as the now, in each now of creation. The experiencer of time must merge with the root of time in order to establish himself in the state prior to time so that he can witness the now before it becomes the present moment.”

To move beyond this now we have to move beyond consciousness and into the Pure Awareness of the real Now. The real Now is stagnant and it’s not possible to manifest anything There however it does manifest in another dimension bringing forth the physical now. It suffices to say the real Now breeds the timed now into a linear fashion. Once the meditator merges into the Source he Realizes the Eternal Now and witnesses the Absolute Space at the Source before the universe.

“Being is the connective space between consciousness and the now through which consciousness surrenders to, and progressively fuses with the source. In the natural state of being, consciousness is inseparable from both the now and its source. The ultimate observer of the now knows the now through his own absence within the presence of the unmanifested.”

Being is what connects you to Eternity, and surrendering to just being transverses the dimensions. You are the Source and nothing needs ‘fusing’ and there is nothing that is ‘progressively fusing’ to That because the Source is complete as it is. The Soul being That Source doesn’t need that temporal change nor has it ever changed or left its position, only time changes so the consciousness in life changes but all that change is left behind. Awareness being a still form of consciousness is everlasting, and like everything else in life that moves it is still connected to the backdrop of eternal Awareness or Absolute Space.  The ultimate observer is the Soul (Awareness) which Realizes its Self eternally within the absence of all forms and in the Now of Absolute Space.

I’m starting to feel like I’m adding a deeper spiritual significance to the words than the author had intended.

“That which enters the domain of the now is our very soul, within which lies the inborn knowledge of the timeless. To know the now is to dwell within the now, to purely experience the taste of being that arises from our unity with the universal source. To embody the now, our existence has to be absorbed into the vertical plane of reality — the supreme depth of being.”

Well, the Soul never left Eternity (so there is no ‘entering’) its permanent home and if it did it wouldn’t be Eternal because that would mean it changes through progression and digression.  To know the permanent Now of the Source is to ditch the impermanent now of time and behold the Absolute Now firsthand via the Soul. ‘To embody the Now’ of our eternal existence one has relinquish the changing now.

The Soul is always absorbed in Reality (for it is Reality) and To Realize that is to be Self-Realized, and there is no other absorption because all else is left behind in another dimension. Time and Eternity coexist but on different planes or in different dimensions.

“Unless we gain a degree of mastery over the art of letting go, we will never access the source of consciousness. To let go is to release our whole existence into the vertical dimension and descend with the pull of gravity into the secret space of the bottomless now. Though unseen and intangible, only by the grace of the vertical reality does creation have a place within which to abide.”

Again, the Soul is stationary and the only thing that would descend or arise is the Souls attention or in other words the Souls focal point in matter, which is the Soul’s connection to the body and that, will actually move in deep meditations giving one the feeling of a vertical fall.  “Though unseen and intangible” by physical eyes Eternity is only seen by the Soul.

Since I’m starting to lose interest and I’m going to pick out some lines that catch my eye.

“By yielding to the emptiness of being, the soul moves into the dimension of repose and stillness.”

Unfortunately the bad lines stand out more. The Soul doesn’t move away from its eternal abode, it is always in still repose and if you don’t know that then you’re not done.

“Although an ontological dimension beyond our individuality, being is still reached through the soul. As she grows into the now, an infinitesimal portion of universal being is transferred to the soul’s existence, awakening her identity so that she can actualize her complete energy body. Through this inner expansion, the soul develops a new body, the body of being.”

The Soul doesn’t grow into the Now because it is the Now. ‘Universal being’ whether it’s temporal or Pure does not transfer anything or let go of anything away from itself. Nothing leaves this domain and nothing enters this domain for this domain is a vacuum, that keeps all that which is not It away thus leaving Her as Pure as She has ever been. Her (the Soul) identity is always awake for she never sleeps and the ‘energy body’ that the Soul develops into or goes into contradicts Her eternal existence through progression and digression which is a time trait.

“The expansion of the soul into the beyond can occur only through the being aspect of the inner state, for it constitutes the very root of her identity and the space of her abidance in the now.”

The Soul is the beyond, and if it takes expansion means its fundamental principal is time based and changeful, not Eternal.

“When the soul is unawakened, the experience of being is translated as a state of rest in the beyond.”

The Soul is always Awake and it’s the mind that wakes up to a different Reality causing ones identity to change into who they have always been since before time.

                          I’m waning fast!

“It does not exist apart from the experiencing subject. However, even though the dimension of being is beyond human experience, it may still be experienced by the soul in the mystery of her surrender.”

What would the Soul have to surrender to? What does the Almighty have to surrender to?

I have no interest in continuing, but if you have a verse still in question write it down.  My front page is reserved for the Self-Realized and that’s why I posted this in the comment section.

Wow, what can i say, all this seems to be way beyond you. If it bored u that much u did not have to do it, a simple answer explaining how above u these teachings r, would have been enough.
I am sorry i have ever asked you to explain, you obviously are full of yourself. Do not give up the day job, i do not think u would do a good job teaching. Speaking lovely words is not enough, although i am not self realized, i can feel in my heart that you are full of ego strutting your stuff, nothing more. As for the writing of Anadi u obviously missed a very important aspect about the Soul, u equate the Soul as the Almighty, as God but He tells us that the Soul is not God (the Whole)and never will be, the Soul is a unique angle of perception through which God recognizes Herself and Her creation, The soul is able to know herself within the dream and realize her oneness with the divine, it is a complex beautiful mystery. Many ignorant people who read Nisargadatta ( a true self realized soul whose blueprint or destiny was to only realize the Absolute, a very extreme case, not many souls are destined to realize this) and other advaita teachers have assumed they have realised the ultimate, sadly within their self realization they have kept certain concepts that r well hidden, giving them the delude belief that "I am That" I am the Absolute, no u r not the Absolute, u r not God, how arrogant and sadly laughable, THAT is all there is YES, but you r not THAT, THAT is you, THAT is the soul, THAT is all, individually manifested in the dream of time and space. Who is the one that realizes the Absolute/God, it is not God it is the soul, surely if God "wakes up to Himself in one person then He would awaken to himself in everyone else because in ur theory u deny the one who recognizes God. Anyway, i am finished, saddened of discovering another so called self realized one losing the plot. I am sure that i will get completely trashed for writing this but honestly do u even see how deluded this all is.

It’s perfectly ok to disagree with someone but it’s not ok to say that!  Please be nice to people!  Especially when it’s just a disagreement.  Respectfully state your case and we can have a respectful dialog. If that’s too much to ask then please don’t respond.

I really didn't want to analyze his stuff because once I read misleading information I have to react because this is what it’s all about, the real truth and nothing else matters by comparison.  I give it a voice without much ideology and that’s hard to do because we all have remnants of old ideology that hangs around.  Religion has done more than its share in this regard and this reminds me of that.  They preach the Soul is sinable, downgradeable, imperfect and not made of eternity thus forever less than perfect so we need help from them or their prophets in order to be cleansed….. This gives me an idea for my next blog on my other site.

Time and Eternity doesn't mix well and to think that the Soul is born in time or a product of time means it will never be eternal and it will never see Eternity.  And thank God that’s not true and thank God for this wonderful gift of eternal life that we all bestow despite the wrongful ideologies which insists on imperfection where only Perfection dwells.

The very Soul that is in all of us is a small spec of the Almighty, which forever remains perfect and eternal giving us eternal life and that’s what you Realize via Enlightenment.

As to ur reason for being completely full of yourself it is totally wrong. You have not understood any of the teachings, enlightenment does not mean we only see one side of the coin, au contraire, it is the recognition of our wholeness. Yes the Soul is always pure and perfect being one aspect of the Beloved, but that is only acknowledging one part of a multidimensional being, She is whole yes, but what is the point if She does not know it or experience it, so She Heraelf extends( expresses) Herself in time and space which are the way through which She can know Her own beauty and know Her Source as Herself, but she never rejects different expressions of Herself, She grows within time and space in darkness with the limited Light of the Father leading Her to Herself, She seaches for Herself and Her Father, When She reaches Her Truth She is able to experience Herself as She is before the beginning, She then is that mysterious one able to merge fully with Her Source or having created a degree of separation is able to experience the most sacred Love that She is within the Creator of all that is. The soul is all that She expresses she denies none of it, if she did She would never birth Herself in this illusory dimension, She is both Perfect as Her Father and growing in Her Knowing of Herself and ultimately of God. This is the sacred purpose of each one of us, That which She is eternally and that which She is in time is exactly as it should be, perfect, She is creating moment from moment her way back Home which paradoxically is right Here. as one of the greatest masters who has ever lived said:
What is the sign of the Father within you? say to them "it is movement and rest"The Soul is both, moving through time and at rest within the One. You say that time and eternity do not mix well, but u r wrong it is all perfect, time itself is a gift to yourself from your Self, given freely so that you could know yourSelf, experience yourSelf, duality and non duality are truly one, they complete each other. Being one with God, you cannot experience yourself or God, time and space although illusory and dismissed in many enlightened individuals are precious and serve a sacred purpose, for every unique Soul to birth Herself within it, fully conscious and to know Her Beloved, which is impossible in oneness. Do u realize how being born in this dimension was the reason why u were able to know who u are, be thankful.
So, He is not denigrating the Soul, He has a knowledge way beyond any tradition or limited concepts, his teachings are that of completeness, wholeness. There so much more to say but hey too long.

Well no, I’m extremely confident because I no longer rely on wrong, questionable or borrowed information.  It’s the result from knowing your-Self firsthand and you can’t help that.  I would never be this way if the information I’m giving wasn’t Self-proven.  This way I’m not making anything up or using someone else’s information as my own, and how people handle it really depends on what their hanging onto, because the Truth is nonnegotiable.  It is as It is and I’m this way because of It, otherwise I’d have nothing to say about this.  I personally can’t change nor would I want too because the design in not mine to tamper with and nether are the results.  I do my best in putting It into words and that’s the best I can do.

I’m not in it for the notoriety and that’s one reason why my name, face and résumé isn't on this and I don’t need the money so teaching in public gives me not much in return except for new problems.  But, if I do you’ll never see me dressed in a white or orange robe, nor will I change my name to something more spiritual, and those traits are something that you have to watch out for with a discerning eye when searching, especially with western teachers.

You don’t believe in me so I really can’t help you because you have closed yourself off.  But my advice to people like you is to drop all ideologies because they are really useless, unnecessary and counterproductive to your cause.

The best reply that validates a serious seeker is: I really don’t know because I've been feed so much information that I don’t know where to stand at all, so all I can do is give up, surrender, empty it all and I'll find out for myself.  You have to come to that proverbial door like that with empty hands.  Don’t make a stand on information that is not yours and dig your heals in.  That’s usually the downfall for the seeker, because no one can help them if they don’t venture in and find their own voice via their own experiences and ask questions based on that.

Seekers willing to apply themselves to the cause with an open mind without tying down are getting ready to make a stand on their own determination in order to verify things firsthand through their own practice.  Teachers just point you in the right direction; they aren't a replacement for your ideals and thoughts, they are nothing more than guides for the seeker. And the unserious seekers usually drop anchor in an ideology freezing spiritual growth.
